If you are interested in a specific set of answers (for example, “What are the user specific analytic reports within Bid-Ninja?”), click on the “Report Related” FAQ tab then the “User Reports” category to see the answers.

We’ve tried to make our FAQ section as comprehensive as possible. If you don’t find what you’re looking for below, please open a support ticket or choose one of the other contact methods shown in the column to the right.

To read about report related analytics shown within Bid-Ninja Analytics, click the “Report Related FAQs” tab below.  To best understand Bid-Ninja, we suggest you also supplement the reading and watch the videos/view the screenshots.

Below is the list of “Report Tabs” found within the Bid-Ninja interface.  These tabs are where you’ll find the analytical report data about the product in the auction you’re playing in, as well as the statistics about each of the bidders you’re playing against.

Click on each tab title below for an explanation of what information is contained within it.  The following information makes the most sense if you couple reading it with watch the videos:

Latest Tab

  • A list of every bidder who has placed a bid on the auction (the usernames of every bidder who has placed a bid are “clickable”.  Clicking on a bidders username brings up the User/Bidder Specific Analytics window that shows you a complete set of stats about that specific user)
  • How many bids each bidder has placed
  • How long it’s been since each bidder has placed their last bid
  • How much each bidder has spent on the auction
  • How many bids each bidder each bidder has left
  • How long each bidder has been playing on the auction
  • What type of bid each bidder placed last (single bid or Bid-O-Matic bid)
  • The total number of auctions each bidder has won
  • The total number of auctions each bidder has played in
  • The total number of “Voucher Bid Auctions” each bidder has won – QuiBids Only
  • The total number of “Voucher Bid Auctions” each bidder has lost – QuiBids Only
  • The total number of “Voucher Bids” each bidder has used – QuiBids Only

Trending Stats Tab

The Trending Stats Tab shows you all of the following information, over the course of the following time periods: past 2 days, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 60 days & 90 days.  This allows you to see whether the prices for the product you’re viewing are trending up or down.

  • The average ending price
  • The median ending price
  • The minimum ending price
  • The maximum ending price
  • The number of auctions  for the product you’re viewing that have been analyzed during each time period to determine each of those statistics

Daily Stats Tab

The Daily Stats Tab shows you all of the following information for every day of the week.  This allows you to see which day of the week is the best day to play for the product you’re viewing (statistically) be showing you which day of the week the product you’re playing typically ends at the lowest prices.

  • The average ending price
  • The median ending price
  • The minimum ending price
  • The maximum ending price
  • The number of auctions  for the product you’re viewing that have been analyzed during each time period to determine each of those statistics

Hourly Stats Tab

The Hourly Stats Tab shows you all of the following information for every hour of the day.  This allows you to see which hour of the day is the best hour to play for the product you’re viewing (statistically) be showing you which hour of the day the product you’re playing typically ends at the lowest prices.

  • The average ending price
  • The median ending price
  • The minimum ending price
  • The maximum ending price
  • The number of auctions  for the product you’re viewing that have been analyzed during each time period to determine each of those statistics

Past Auctions Tab

The Past Auctions Tab shows you a complete list of every past completed auction for the product you’re viewing.  So if you’re looking at an iPad auction, and you click the “past auctions” tab, you’ll see a complete list of every previous iPad auction.  This tab will show you all of the following stats for each of those previous auctions:

  • The winning bidder (the usernames displayed are “clickable”.  Clicking on a bidders username brings up the User/Bidder Specific Analytics window that shows you a complete set of stats about that specific user)
  • The date and time the auction ended
  • How long the auction lasted, from the time the first bid was placed until the auction ended
  • What type of bid was the “winning bid”.  In other words, if the auction was won with a “single bid” or a “bid-o-matic” bid
  • What the ending price of the auction was
  • The total number of bidders that placed bids on the auction
  • The total number of bids that were placed by the winning bidder

Bidding History Tab

The Bidding History tab shows you a complete list of every bid placed on the auction from the time it started until whatever price it is at “now”.  This tab will show you all of the following stats for each of those placed bids:

  • The username of the bidder (the usernames displayed are “clickable”.  Clicking on a bidders username brings up the User/Bidder Specific Analytics window that shows you a complete set of stats about that specific user)
  • The date and time the bid was placed
  • The type of bid it was (single or bid-o-matic)
  • What price the bid made the auction
  • How long ago the bid was placed

Auction Summary Tab

The Auction Summary tab shows you a quick summary of stats about the auction you’re viewing.  It shows you the following information:

  • The total number of bidders that have placed a bid
  • The current price of the auction
  • The percentage of bids placed that were bid-o-matic bids
  • The percentage of bids placed that were single bids

User Stats Tab

  • The username of the bidder you clicked on
  • The total number of bids that bidder has placed, in total, for every auction they’ve ever played on
  • The total number of auctions that bidder has won, in total, for every auction they’ve ever played on
  • The total number of auctions that bidder has played on, in total.
  • The “Win Rate” of that bidder.  This number is a percentage and shows what percent of the time that bidder wins the auctions they bid on
  • The total spent by that bidder on bids, in total, for every auction ever played on
  • The number of auctions that bidder has won that had a retail value of over $200

Live Auctions Tab

The Live Auctions tab shows you a complete list of every auction the bidder you clicked on is bidding on at that moment.  You can use this tab to see which bidders are “overextended” by playing on too many auctions simultaneously.  You’re given the following information about each of the auctions they’re playing on within this tab:

  • What the product is, and a link to it
  • The total number of bids they’ve placed
  • The date and time of the last bid they placed
  • How long it has been since they placed they’re last bid

Past Wins Tab

The Past Wins tab shows you a complete list of every auction the bidder you clicked on has won in the past.   You’re given the following information about each of past auctions they’ve won in the past:

  • What the product won was, and a link to the auction
  • The date and time the auction ended
  • The number of bids the user placed to win
  • The amount the auction sold for (it’s ending price)
  • The retail value of the product in the auction (as listed by QuiBids, DealDash and/or Beezid, depending on the site you’re using Bid-Ninja on)

Past Losses Tab

The Past Losses tab shows you a complete list of every auction the bidder you clicked on has played in, but lost, in the past.   You’re given the following information about each of the past auctions they’ve lost in the past:

  • What the product lost was, and a link to the auction
  • The date and time the auction ended
  • The number of bids the user placed in the lost auction
  • The amount the auction sold for (it’s ending price)
  • The retail value of the product in the auction (as listed by QuiBids, DealDash and/or Beezid, depending on the site you’re using Bid-Ninja on)

Voucher Stats Tab (QuiBids Only)

The Voucher Stats tab (QuiBids only) shows you a set of statistics about the voucher auctions won, lost & played in for the bidder you clicked on.  You’ll see:

  • The total number of voucher bid auctions they’ve won
  • The total number of voucher bid auctions they’ve lost
  • The total number of actual voucher bids won (this is the cumulative total voucher bids won from the voucher bid auctions they’ve won)
  • The number of tracked voucher bids they’ve used.  This statistic is more of a guideline, as Bid-Ninja can only track used voucher bids when a bidder wins the auction.  If a bidder uses voucher bids, but does not win the auction, Bid-Ninja cannot determine how many voucher bids that user used (because QuiBids only shows the number of real/voucher bids used by the winner of an auction)
